  6. Para preparar con Thermomix: Añade el chocolate troceado, la nata y el azúcar y programa 4 min/50ºC/vel 2.
  7. Mientras tanto, separa las yemas de las claras.
  8. Incorpora las yemas y mezcla 15 seg/vel 4. Vierte esta mezcla en un bol y reserva. Aclara y seca muy bien la jarra.
  9. Coloca la mariposa y pon las claras dentro junto con una pizca de sal. Monta las claras 3 min/vel 3.5.
  10. Ahora tienes que ir añadiendo las claras a la mezcla de chocolate poco a poco, mezclando con ayuda de una espátula haciendo movimientos envolventes de abajo a arriba.
  11. Una vez todo bien mezclado, reparte la mezcla en vasitos o copas y reserva en la nevera mínimo 3 horas.
