  5. Pon la masa en una bandeja de horno de bordes altos y forrada con papel vegetal. Ve aplastando suavemente la masa con las manos hasta que se cubra toda la bandeja.
  6. Espolvorea con el azúcar, pulveriza con agua por encima del azúcar. Déjala reposar otra vez hasta que doble su volumen.
  7. Precalienta el horno a 180 grados.
  8. Hornéalo 15 minutos a 180 grados.
  9. Puedes añadirle unos minutos antes unos piñones o almendras fileteadas por encima.
