- 140 ml. zumo naranja

- 1 cucharada wasabi (le puse en polvo pero vale en pasta)
- 25 gr. jengibre fresco
- 60 gr. salsa de soja
- 50 gr. aceite de oliva

- Retira la marinada del salmón lavándolo y sirve con la salsa.
