- Yo tuve un problemilla, y es que los dejé levar más de 2 horas porque me fui, y me crecieron a lo ancho en vez a lo alto. Por si os sirve de ayuda, mi querida Ana me dijo que es normal cuando usas la harina integral. Que la próxima vez los bolee bien dejándolos tersos, tirantes y redonditos hacia arriba y hornearlos en cuanto hayan levado. Así que...a mí me tocará repetir la receta, jeje
- Cuando estén levados, precalienta el horno a 180º, píntalos con huevo batido y esparce las semillas por encima
- Hornea 15'
