  2. Añadimos agua y cuchara sal, amasamos 5min, vaso cerrado a velocidad espiga. Dejamos reposar dentro del vaso 1h y media.
  3. Amasamos ligeramente formamos una bola y dejamos reposar 5min
  4. Cortamos porciones de 80gr. si queremos realizar bollitos sino se pueden realizar 2 panes grandes,
  5. Pulverizamos con agua y echamos el restante de la mezcla de semillas
  6. Le realizamos cortes y le dejamos reposar otra 1h y media cubierto con un paño
  7. Precalentamos el horno a 250gr.
  8. Ponemos cubitos de hielo en la base del horno y introducimos 20min los bollitos o 2panes grandes
  9. Sugerencia * se pueden añadir ala mezcla de semillas, frutos secos o uvas pasas o cambiar la harina de centeno por harina de espelta... Yo hago bollitos y los congelo y cuando quiero consumirlo lo caliento 10min al horno y listo...... Si llevan varios días se conservan genial se meten 5min al horno y vuelven a estar crujientes
