  6. Dejamos enfriar y espolvoreamos con bastante azúcar glass.
  7. Precalentamos el horno a 190º con un cacharro con agua en el fondo.
  8. Horneamos a 190º unos 15 minutos, bajamos la temperatura del horno a 160º y seguimos horneando unos 20 minutos aproximadamente; podéis taparlo con papel de aluminio si veis que se dora demasiado.
  9. Ya cuando este templado desmoldamos y dejamos enfriar.
  10. Rebozamos por azúcar glass.
