- Añadimos la mantequilla para sofreírla a 3 min/120°C/vel 1.
- Incorporar la nata, la pastilla de caldo, el tomate concentrado, el eneldo, la guindilla y la maicena y programar 5 min/90°C/vel 1.5.
- Retirar la guindilla. Triturar durante 30 segundos desde con velocidades crecientes de velocidad 5 hasta 10.
