- Se añade, si se quiere, perlitas de chocolate, o trocitos pequeños de algún fruto seco (lo importante es que sea en trozos pequeños para que no pesen mucho)
- Se enharina el molde (con mantequilla/aceite y harina, o con papel vegetal, o con el spray) para que el bizcocho no se pegue. Recomiendo usar un molde más ancho, tipo brownie, en lugar de los tradicionales alargados (es el que usé yo y tardo bastante en hacerse)
- Se vierte la mezcla en el molde y se mete en el horno. A mí me tardo 55min por culpa del molde que elegí. Lo normal es que este 30 min. Pinchar en el centro del bizcocho para asegurarnos que la masa está hecha (debe salir el pincho limpio)
- Esperar a que se enfríe un poco para desmoldar, o se romperá.
