  4. Incorporamos al vaso el vino y el agua. Introducimos el cestillo con las almejas. Programamos 7 min/Varoma/vel 5. Al finalizar el tiempo retiramos el cestillo.
  5. Situamos el recipiente Varoma en su posición y programamos 25 min/Varoma/vel 1.
  6. Retiramos los lomos a una fuente junto con el pimiento rojo y dejamos caer en el vaso el líquido recogido en el papel y añadimos al vaso el perejil picado. Programamos 2 min/Varoma/vel 2.
  7. Añadimos las almejas reservadas a la fuente con el bacalao y por último echamos la salsa por encima.
