  5. Pasado el tiempo de levado de la masa, solo tienes que aplastarla con la mano para quitar el aire y la dejas 15 minutos más tapada. Ahora con un poco de harina y el rodillo estira hasta tener un rectángulo de masa no muy gordo. Unta el relleno por toda la masa y enrolla.
  6. Corta el rollo en rodajas de 2 o 3 dedos de grosor. Colócalas en una fuente engrasada y apta para el horno dejando un poquito de espacio entre ellas y vuelve a dejar reposar tapado 45 minutos.na vez crecidos, pinta los rollos con huevo batido o Leche vegetal e introdúcelos en el horno durante 25-30 minutos, estarán listos cuando estén dorados.
  7. Riquísimos para merendar o desayunar, conservarlos bien tapados para que no se pongan duros y aquí tienes una fantastica receta para toda la familia.
