  1. 2 Masas Hojaldre, utilicé congeladas cuadradas
  2. Manzanas, utilicé 4 Manzanas Reineta medianas
  3. 8 Bizcochos Soletilla
  4. 50 grs Miel
  5. 1 Cucharada Agua
  6. 1 Cucharadita Esencia Vainilla
  7. al gusto Miel

Instructions to make to make Hojaldre de Manzana a la Miel

  1. Precalentamos el Horno a 180ºC (term. 6), con calor arriba, abajo y Sin Turbo.
  2. Picamos los Bizcochos Soletilla, hasta que nos quede una harina fina. Reservamos.
  3. Cortamos las masas de Hojaldre en 4 partes cada una. Las colocamos sobre el Papel sulfurizado en la Bandeja de Horno. NOTA: Al hojaldre, les he hecho unos cortes en cada esquina en forma de "L" para hacer lacitos de decoración, pero podéis dejarlas tal cual.
  4. Echamos sobre los cuadraditos de masa, una fina capa de Bizcochos Soletilla triturados. Pelamos y quitamos los corazones de las Manzanas y las vamos colocando graciosamente encima de la Harina de Bizcocho.
  5. Mezclamos los 50ml de Miel con Agua y Esencia de Vainilla. Pintamos los Hojaldres con el agua-miel vainillado. - NOTA: Como he hecho los cortes laterales en "L", los vamos juntando en el centro formando un doble lazo -
  6. Horneamos durante 15-20 minutos o hasta que la superficie esté bien doradita... Y... ¡¡Listo!!! 😋😋 Mi consejo es comerlas aún calentitas con un poquito de Miel por encima... 😉😉 Espero que os gusten, y... ¡¡Hasta la Próxima!!! 😘😘😘
