- En primer lugar ponemos a pochar las cebollas con los ajos y cuando estén dorados añadimos la carne (le habremos dicho al carnicero que lo pique todo junto). Y salpimentamos. Podemos poner también una guindilla cortada muy chiquitita.
- Cuando esté dorado, añadimos una hoja de laurel y opcionalmente un chorrito de vino blanco y lo dejamos reducir.
- Por otro lado pondremos la zanahoria, la berenjena y los champiñones cortados pequeñitos en otra sartén y cuando estén hechos lo añadimos a la carne, damos un parte vueltas en la sartén todo junto y quitamos la hoja de laurel para posteriormente añadirle el bote de tomate frito.
- Por otro lado, haremos la bechamel (quien quiera puede ponerla de bote). Yo la he hecho en la Thermomix.
- Otra capa de pasta, sofrito, bechamel y el queso rallado.
- Por último montaremos la lasaña: placa de pasta, sofrito, lonchas de queso enmental (opcional) y bechamel.
- Lo metemos al horno y cuando se dore estará lista.
- Aconsejo no comerla nada más sacarla del horno y dejarla reposar un rato antes de disfrutar esta delicia!
