  3. Para el resto de la masa: añadir la masa de arranque en el vaso (sin el agua) y el resto de ingredientes. Amasar 3 min. a velocidad espiga.
  4. Dejar leudar 40-60min en el vaso o en un bol tapado con un paño limpio.
  5. Cuando este lista la masa espolvorear la superficie de trabajo con un poco de harina y hacer un rulo, ir cortando porciones de unos 80-90 g
  6. Darles un poco de forma (sin amasar), vais aplanando la masa con los dedos y la dejáis en la bandeja de horno reposar 1h. hasta que doble su volumen.
  7. Calentar el horno a 200º con calor arriba y abajo.
  8. Dejar enfriar sobre una rejilla.
  9. Hornear los molletes 12-15 min. a 180º.
