  5. Cuando el queso se haya derretido y la salsa comience a estar ligada, probamos de sal y pimienta y rectificamos si es necesario. Apartamos del fuego y reservamos. No hay que esperar a que la salsa esté muy espesa, piensa que al enfriarse aún se seguirá espesando más.
  6. Preparamos las tartaletas untando de aceite los huecos de un molde de magdalenas o muffins, seguidamente colocamos en cada hueco una oblea de empanadilla. No hace falta que quede muy bien colocada ni todas iguales, es más bonito que se vea un poco rústico y casero.
  7. Vertemos un par de cucharadas de los champiñones a la crema en cada oblea y horneamos con el horno precalentado a 180º. Se hacen enseguida, en menos de cinco minutos estarán listas. Como siempre te digo cada horno es un mundo, vigila y cuando las veas doraditas es que ya están a punto. Sirve inmediatamente. Puedes espolvorear con un poquito deperejil picado y regarlas con un chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen extra.
