  4. Cortamos el cebollino muy pequeño, bien con un cuchillo muy afilado en la tabla, o con unas tijeras, le ponemos un poco por el centro, y unas gotas de nata alrededor del plato, pasamos un palillo a las gotas para que queden alargadas, y en el centro le ponemos una flores comestibles.
