- Apagamos el horno y dejamos la puerta entreabierta unos minutos para que se temple. Sacamos y dejamos que se enfríe.
- Como he dicho al principio, si lo hacemos el día antes lo guardamos en el frigorífico en el mismo molde, y lo sacamos y desmoldamos un poco antes de servirlo
- Yo lo serví con miel de naranjo, acompañado de fresas, frambuesas y arándanos 😋
