  6. Cuando el caramelo esté terminado, se vierte el contenido de la batidora en él y se introduce en la nevera durante 6 horas o más.
  7. Para desmoldarlo, se introduce en el fregadero con agua caliente, para que el caramelo se licue y se pueda desmoldar el bavarois.
  8. Se desmolda el bavarois sobre un plato bonito, se decora con la nata y los fresones.
