- No dejar que se enfríe, aprovecha para hacer los rollitos. La elaboración es fácil. Coges un puñadito de masa, haces como un purito (ver foto),

- Y le das la forma de rollo. Vas dejándolos en la bandeja para el horno, previamente untada con mantequilla. Así uno a uno.

- Brocha de pintar de cocina con la clara del huevo. Mezcla de 4 c/p de azúcar y un toque de canela (espolvorear cada rollito).

- Pintar con la clara del huevo. (la foto es de los pastisets de boniato, pero es lo mismo)

- Y luego espolvorear con la mezcla de azúcar y canela.

- Precalentar el horno a 160ºC, al aire. Introducir en el horno. Hornear durante 25 minutos, más no.

- Dejar enfriar.

- Servir.
