  1. Primero haremos el bizcocho. Precalentamos el horno a 180º. Colocamos la mariposa en el vaso de la Thermomix y ponemos los huevos, el azúcar y el azúcar vainillado y programamos 6 minutos, 37º, velocidad 4.
  2. Volvemos a programar otros 6 minutos a la misma velocidad sin temperatura. Añadimos la harina y mezclamos 4 segundos, velocidad 3, quitamos la mariposa y mezclamos un poco más con la espátula.
  3. Volcamos la mezcla en un molde, previamente engrasado, y horneamos dependiendo del grosor del molde en el que lo hayamos puesto de 10 a 20 minutos, arriba y abajo. El mío al no ser muy grueso ha estado en el horno 10 minutos. Vigilarlo bien y pincharlo para que no se os pase de tiempo y se seque.
  4. Mientras se hace el bizcocho en el horno y lo dejamos enfriar, montamos la nata. Ponemos la mariposa en las cuchillas y vertemos la nata en el vaso de la Thermomix (el vaso y la nata tienen que estar muy fríos).
  5. Sin tiempo y a velocidad 3, vigilamos la nata por el bocal. No suele ser más de minuto y medio lo que tarda en montar. Una vez que se haya montado añadimos el azúcar glass y el azúcar vainillado y mezclamos con una espátula.
  6. Una vez con el bizcocho frío, lo cortamos en forma de corazón. Del retal que me quedó, hice otro corazón más pequeño. Cubrimos el corazón grande de nata y el pequeño de mermelada de fresa. Colocamos el corazón de mermelada, ponemos las letras de choco, espolvoreamos con los adornos de azúcar y listo
