  7. Ya tenemos los ingredientes en su punto. El apio natural a taquitos; el calabacín pelado a tacos; los champiñones salteados; los tres quesitos, 1/4 del vaso de leche; 1/4 del vaso con el líquido de cocer el calabacín.
