- 600 gr harina de fuerza
- 90 ml. leche
- 10 gr leche en polvo
- 40 gr levadura de panadero
- 10 gr sal
- 4 huevos
- 80 gr azúcar

- Pasados lo 30 segundos, añadiremos los huevos tamizaremos la harina y la agregaremos junto con el azúcar la sal y el agua de azahar.
- Programamos 30 segundos velocidad 6.
- Seguidamente programamos 3 minutos velocidad espiga. Añadiremos la levadura de panadero desmenuzada y programaremos 2 minutos velocidad espiga y mientras, le añadiremos la mantequilla que previamente la habremos troceado.
- Dejaremos la masa dentro del bol 45 minutos para que fermente.
- Pondremos 1 minuto velocidad espiga y la sacaremos del bol de la TM sobre la mesa de trabajo que untaremos con un poco de aceite para que no se nos pegue. La dividiremos en dos partes, de 600 grs. cada una.
- Le daremos forma de cilindro (ver video) y la dejaremos reposar. La alisaremos con un rodillo y en el centro le pondremos el mazapán (ver video)
- Enrollaremos la masa y lo pasaremos a una lata de hornear haciendo un rosco que le daremos unos cortes con unas tijeras bastante profundos hasta llegar al mazapán.
- Adornaremos con fruta confitada y dejaremos fermentar hasta doblar el volumen y lo pintaremos con huevo diluido con un poco de agua
- Coceremos entre 180/200 grados centígrados primero entre 10/15 minutos con el horno solo por abajo y 15 minutos más por arriba y por abajo mejor con ventilador.
- Finalmente le pondremos azúcar molido espolvoreando toda la superficie.
