  4. Sacamos los huevos, los pelamos y los cortamos por la mitad. Metemos cada mitad dentro de un volován. Echamos la bechamel por encima, ponemos la carcasa que antes hemos quitado y ponemos por encima queso rallado.
  5. Metemos al horno y cuando el queso esté gratinado... están listos!
