  5. Ya tenemos todo preparado para freir la crema pastisera.
    La cortamos a trozos cuadrados, la rebozamos con maicena y huevo
  6. La empezamos a freír con el aceite caliente y cuando esté dorada por los dos lados, la retiramos y la ponemos en papel absorbente.
  7. Cuando ya la tenemos toda frita, yo la pongo en la nevera.
    Y un poco antes de servirla tengo un plato con azúcar y canela bien mezclada y la rebozo.
    Es un magnífico postre.
