- Dejamos 20 minutos y al terminar esperamos a que se enfríen un poco para abrirlos
- Mezclamos el azúcar y la canela. Rebozamos en la mezcla cada torrija. Precalentamos el grill del horno. Si las horneas, como yo, en la turbocecofry 4D programa menú arroz. Pon un papel sulfurizado tanto en la bandeja del horno como en el cestillo de la cecofry
