    En KitchenAid ponéis en vel 2 y vais añadiendo la levadura y la harina y mantenéis hasta que la masa es homogénea.
  4. Terminamos de mezclar con una espátula, echamos en un molde que tendremos engrasado y espolvoreamos con azúcar y canela (en una taza echamos unas cucharadas de azúcar y espolvoreamos canela, lo mezclamos bien y eso es lo que echamos por encima) , esto hará que forme una bonita costra por encima.
  5. Introducimos en el horno que ha de estar precalentado a 180º con calor arriba y abajo. Durante 55 minutos.
