  3. Extender la masa en una bandeja de horno, que quede igualada y marcar con los dedos (metiendo un poco los dedos para hacer hoyitos) Tapamos la bandeja y la dejamos que leve el doble.
  4. Mientras, hacemos el sofrito: Primero rehogamos las cebolla con los ajos todo picado, añadimos las zanahorias picadas y dejamos rehogar unos minutos más. Luego añadimos el tomate, el bicarbonato, y la sal y dejamos cocinar durante media hora más o menos.
  5. Extendemos el sofrito con cuidado sobre la masa, espolvoreamos el orégano y el atún, desmenuzando con las manos.
  6. Metemos en el horno precalentado a 170º durante 30 minutos, y listo!!
